Dental Provider & Member Assistance

 

All of our Dental Call Center agents are highly competent individuals who have undergone extensive dental training. 90% of our agents have practical work experience allowing them to successfully handle complicated requests from dental providers and plan members. In order for an employee to become one of our dental call center agents, they require the following requisites:

 

  • Board Certified Dental Hygenist and / or at least an Associate Degree in Dental Assistance

  • Bilingual

  • Computer literacy

  • Data Entry knowledge

  • Knowledge of ADA’s Current Dental Terminology

  • Knowledge of insurance company rules and procedures

  • Analyze, investigate and verify the necessary data in order to process provider service requests.
